Sockupied, Part One

I will be the first to admit…I love sock yarn! Currently, I’m addicted to all the pretty yarn that the indie dyers post on Instagram! And I love casting on a new pair of socks! A quick look around the house and I found all of these socks in various stages of completion:

Here’s a little better look:

As you can see, most of these are plain vanilla socks…I’ve been playing with different heels; starting at the top and clockwise: Miss Babs Yarn with a fish lips kiss heel, Lornas Laces Yarn with a short row heel, Patons Yarn with an afterthought heel, Regia Yarn toe up socks with a fish lips kiss heel and On the Round Yarn with a heel flap and gusset.
My goal is to finish all of these pairs by mid June. I’m not sure I’ll be able to finish the pair or two that are in my car by then but stay tuned…I’ll probably be checking in to Instagram along the way to see if there are any pretty new yarns that will likely divert my attention!!!
