I started dyeing yarn almost 2 years ago – first, like most people testing the yarn dyeing waters, with food coloring in my crockpot but now I’ve moved on to dyeing yarn with professional acid dyes. It’s so much fun to see a colorway evolve.
It’s been such a journey to get to this point – dyeing the yarn is the easy part!!! Labels, photos, learning how to repeat colorways and setting up an Etsy shop are just some of the administrative procedures that I’ve been working my way through.
I’ve decided that iknit2purl2 will be the Etsy Shop name. I think that is how all of you know me best!
