A quick and easy Halloween Trail mix, this Halloween snack is sure to be a treat!
Ingredients:
2 bags popcorn popped according to instructions (and cooled)
2 cups Rice Chex
1 cup pretzel sticks
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 lb vanilla candy coating
Candy eyes
- Lay out Rice Chex, Pretzel Sticks and Chocolate Chips on parchment paper.
- Melt 1/2 vanilla candy coating according to package instructions and drizzle over mixture.
- Spread a layer of popcorn over mixture.
- Melt remaining vanilla candy coating and drizzle over popcorn.
- Add candy eyes
Allow to cool about 30 minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy!
